We are a small 3 million dollar company. I need an expert with a lot of experience to take us from a 3 million dollar company to a 10 million dollar company in 12 months. I will do all the work: you have to just watch all the money and make sure you know where every penny is at all times. You have to be able to do payroll with Intuit, build a P&L statement that might be 20 or 30 pages and monitor all purchase orders.
Obviously you have to have experience. I am not looking for book keepers so I hope you know the difference between a book keeper and an accountant. You should not assume the money listed per hour here is correct. It may be more per hour. How much you are paid depends on your experience and references. There is no amount of money too great that I would not pay if you are the best at controlling money and are able to assist us in getting from 3 mill to 10 mill.
Our opening is immediate and we are interested in hiring you now. At the moment we have one person in accounting. Normally we have 3 so we want to hire you and one more. We like to keep 2 accountants and one trainee in this department.
