Job Description

Job Duties:

Contact and follow up prospective clients;

Do marketing to general leads;

Coordinate and schedule calls;

Intake all necessary information for attorneys to determine if the prospective clients are eligible for any type of visas;

Process initiation requests and send necessary questionnaires

Translate and interpret;

Follow up on a daily basis with attorneys for any documentation and/or questionnaires that have not been submitted.

Update case status daily.

Scan and sent questionnaires and document list to clients to move case moving forward;

Process and respond to a high volume of client inquiries

Requirements

At least 1+ years of office experience required; some immigration experience preferred;

Be fluent both in English and Spanish, or English and Mandarin;

Actively participated in Spanish or Asian community preferred;

Attention to details;

Must be able to achieve basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel within a reasonable training period.

We have a unique opportunity for an Intake Specialist to join our growing immigration practice group. The Intake Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties centered on new case initiations based upon client requests, including communicating with clients, intaking all necessary information for file creation, case assignment and documentation, and billing.
