What we do.

We are a Commercial Trucking Insurance Agency specializing in the Insurance needs and requirements of the Trucking Insurance Industry. Our Customers range from the small 1 Truck operation to 300 unit and above fleets.

What you will do.

You will contact potential trucking customers and identify their needs. Many times, you will actually be consulting them on their needs. You will market your customer to Insurance companies and acquire the best rates and polices that will satisfy their needs.

Who do we want on our team?

Licensed P&C General Lines Agents.

Dependable, Punctual, Reliable, Intelligent, Honest, Sales Professionals.

Must be able to understand and solve complex problems and situations.

Bilingual is a plus but not required. Spanish speakers do very well with the Hispanic base of this industry.

Great attitude, teachable, coachable.

Driven- We need individuals that are hungry and want a great career and need or want to make at least $75000 plus annually.

The best candidate is sales driven and comes to work to make money.

Compensation.

Full Time Closers can expect to make $4 - $10 k per month.

Base Pay + Commission. $50K first year average annual income.
