This Is What You'll Do:

-Passing an accuracy test is required in order to advance performing daily job duties.

-Conduct criminal background checks utilizing various electronic public access systems at Criminal Court house(s)

-Utilize public access criminal court record information (via phone, fax, web, Wifi) to conduct criminal history searches

-Verify information for criminal records and forward results via scanning and uploading search results

-Investigate and provide updates as to new and/or improved methods of performing criminal background checks

-Employer will supply the necessary equipment (laptop, printer/ scanner/ fax machine) and personal cell phone reimbursement

This Is the Job For You, If You Are:

-Extremely detail oriented

-Work well under pressure with time-sensitive projects

-Ability to meet tight deadlines with extreme accuracy

-Prioritize and structure daily tasks according to demand

-Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

-Strong organizational and research skills

-Capable of working independently, but take direction well

This Is What We're Looking For:

-Must have the ability to read legal documentation

-Must have conducted legal court research

-One must have reliable Wifi access at home

-A document shredder is necessary

-Reliable transportation to and from courthouse

-Must be willing to travel to the courthouse(s) daily

-Must open separate checking account to manage company funds for court fees
