Accounts Receivable/Customer Service: Temporary Position, M - F 8am - 5pm.
Commercial construction company in Jessup, MD (in Howard County near Columbia and Ft. Meade)
Looking for a person to fill a temporary position for approximately 5-12 weeks, starting mid-March 2020 (covering for a person on maternity leave).
Must be reliable, organized, have good work ethic, well spoken, and experience and skills in accounts receivable and customer service.
Duties: Answering phones, taking and entering work order into accounting software, generating invoices, paper and electronic filing, dispatching service calls, collection calls and letters on past due accounts, and other administrative tasks.
