Location: ARC Home Healthcare Address: 3901 Montecito Drive Suite A, Denton, TX 76210 USA Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: DayJob ResponsibilitiesThe Home Health Intake Coordinator receives all client intake information and enters information into the electronic medical record program, coordinates eligibility, insurance verification, and initial authorization with assigned personnel, scans and indexes referral paperwork into electronic medical record, prepares basic start of care information and schedules start of care with RN Case Manager. Makes initial contact with client and/or family regarding plan for admission to home health services.
