We are in search of a full-time Leasing/Sales Manger to join our sales team that is over our newly acquired 360 unit property in Independence. This property offers units for rent and brand new units for sale (Real Estate license is not needed). This position will lead all rentals, sales and all Social Media marketing events within the property. This is a very fun and outgoing atmosphere so you must live to help people and love what you do!
This position is located in Independence, MO close to the Bass Pro store.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills with an OUTGOING personality!
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain home features and answer questions
Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects and closing
Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising and sales-related communications
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
