Plastics Manufacturing (Linn Creek)

No experience necessary, will train the right candidate, for plastics manufacturing job producing polycarbonate windows for many applications. Candidate must be extremely quality minded, professional, and detail oriented. Job duties revolve around production and fabrication of polycarbonate and acrylic products.

Skills to include:

- Ability to lift 50 lbs

- Meet Productivity Standards

- Self Starter

- Verify Parts to Meet Quality Standards

- Operate Machinery

- Keep Work Area Clean

- Simple Computer Skills

Competitive pay and benefits. CNC programming and/or plastics forming/fabrication experience is a huge plus, but will train the right person. Heavy lifting involved. Manufacturing, welding, electrical, CNC programming, carpentry skill helpful, and a working knowledge of basic computer programs are helpful, but not required.

Pre-employment drug test and physical.

90 day probationary period. After probationary period benefits available: Vision Insurance, AFLAC Insurance, Vacation Pay (40 hours after 1 year, and 80 hours after 2 years), PTO, 6 paid Holidays. After 1 year of employment 401K with employer match. Company paid percentage of the employee premium for Health & Dental Insurances.
