Service Car Wash - Lexus Grapevine

PURPOSE OF POSITIONThe main purpose of the Car Wash position is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. In addition, the Car Wash member will clean and detail vehicles that have been sold or repaired.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Must be able to drive and operate vehicleWashes, waxes, and buffs vehicles, dress wheels and tiresVacuums interiors and trunksCleans all glass components thoroughlyInspects and cleans engine compartmentOperates car wash where availableMaintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operationKnows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfactionJOB REQUIREMENTSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
