Assistant Restaurant Manager (Cabbage Key, FL)

Cabbage Key is seeking a HANDS-ON Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

with High Volume Bartending, Serving & BOH Experience.

Duties Include - but, are not limited to:

Seating Guests

Ordering

Receiving

Scheduling

Training Staff

Inventory

We are a high Volume, fast-paced Island Restaurant.

You must have FOH and BOH Experience.

We are an EXTREMELY busy restaurant.

This is a fulltime, LIVE-ON Island position

Room & Board are included in your compensation.

Schedules vary Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Our ideal candidate must be adaptable, able to handle difficult situations, highly organized, able to delegate tasks, be computer literate, able to take constructive criticism, work varied hours, be able to stand for long periods of time, detail oriented and able to make logical decisions!

Being a Resort, open 7 days a week and 365 day a year, this position requires you to work

WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
