DescriptionCustomer Service ManagerMy client is looking for a customer service manager for their property management company. They provide property management software to commercial and multi-family residencies to transform the marketing and leasing process. This is not your typical customer service operation in the sense that it is Business to business client customer service. This operation consists of 15 agents and is in a very nice and innovative corporate office.Requirements MUST have proficiency in Salesforce Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years of experience in a customer support management role, client facing experience required Demonstrated experience in data analysis and improving processes from that. Ability to create deliverables, professional presentations, reports, and analysis materials for upper management. Experience managing the day to day aspects of the CSR’s. Tracking their performance, implementing/improving processes, KPI’s, performance analysisRequirementsResponsibilities Will be managing 15 customer service agents. This means day to day operations as well as back office operations that includes creating support processes (incident, service request, problem management processes), training materials, metric tracking, and monitoring controls. Utilize Salesforce for customer support and reporting Consult clients on best practices and continually improve the customer service support offerings to maximize client satisfaction Customer support readiness to meet organizational objectives and the growth of the department, owning post-sales support and working with other departments.
