POWERSPORTS DEALERSHIP - SERVICE WRITER / MANAGER (BURKE, SD)

Argo Adventure of Burke, SD is now hiring for a full-time Service Writer / Service Manager.

Service Advisor responsibilities are but not limited to:

Greeting customers promptly

Obtaining customer and vehicle information

Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

Communicate with the technicians

Keep an even and organized flow of service to technicians

Establish follow-up with customers and estimate costs and/ or changes to work orders

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently

Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

Explaining all completed work and charges to customers

Perform other tasks as assigned

Communicating with the sales team to get showroom units prepped and sold customer units accessorized in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction

Past experience as a Service Advisor or employment in the retail industry

Request Minimum 1-year technical experience, but willing to train the right person

Above average energy level and excellent customer service and communication skills

Personal and professional integrity

Hourly salary is dependant on experience. Normal work hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with the flexibility for overtime if necessary.
