Bilingual Medical Assistant / MA / CNA

Must be able and willing to travel to our facility in Corpus Christi 1-2 times per week! We reimburse for mileage and travel time.

$17-22/hr

Job Duties:

We offer a Progressive MA Training Program, i.e. one must demonstrate competency in a position prior to being approved to progress to the next position by our Head Trainers. We offer comprehensive training with self-study curriculum + hands-on training. MA externship students welcome! Recent high school graduates also welcome.

Prepping patients

Operating C-arm in Procedure Suite

Room turnover

Recovery

Supplies reorder and Inventory Mgmt

MA2 -

H&P

Walking Impairment Questionnaire

ABI testing

Entering info into our EHR

Drawing labs, starting IVs

MA3 -

First Assistant in Procedure Suite

Anticipates physician’s equipment needs

Patient prep

Maintenance of sterile protocol

Monitor and document Radiation Safety

MA4 -

Circulator in Procedure Suite

Administers IV meds under physician supervision

Monitors patient’s vital signs

Creates procedure report for physician

Tracks supplies used
