DescriptionOverall Purpose: Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of security, privacy and related risk management policies and programs and works with key stakeholders to enable the power of data through scalable, programmatic platforms and privacy-enhancing technologies.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Includes researching/recommending privacy-enhancing technologies and best-in class privacy controls as well as developing, recommending, documenting, and enabling the implementation of policies, privacy impact assessments, and procedures to enhance customer trust and unleash the power of data. Acts as key interface between the technology staff and other cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Privacy, Brand and External Affairs across the AT&T family companies. Facilitates automated user/system accountability and adherence with privacy and related policies, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. Advances the privacy technology roadmap and facilitates privacy training and awareness. Develops automated practices including metrics and tools to perform privacy-by-design reviews and oversight structures. Collects and analyzes data, advances privacy program (including risk management, third party, consent management, data tagging, business continuity, retention/disposal, access, incident response) and provides strategic recommendations for risk management, continuous improvement and program/platform maturity. Resolves complex issues, documents end-to-end privacy and security program components, and supports technology audits. Knowledgeable regarding global privacy regulations, self-regulations and other privacy frameworks. Prepares assessments and reports with technical writing skills and provides readouts on comprehensive privacy KPIs.Qualifications

Bachelors degree in the field of Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred.

Privacy (e.g., CIPP/US) certifications and experience performing privacy impact assessments within an Agile ecosystem are highly recommended. Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration are a plus.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience of relevant experience. Strong presence with extensive experience communicating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ability to think outside the box and inspire cross-functional teams to enable innovative, data-powered solutions.

Ability to manage multiple work initiatives and exercise good judgment as well as balance risks in ambiguous and complex situations.
