OFFICE ASSITANT, DATA ENTRY/BOOKKEEPING, CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities of this position include providing superior customer service with direct interaction with customers, data entry, basic bookkeeping, social media, etc.

Our successful candidate will:

Be professional in appearance, articulate, accurate, careful, dependable, punctual, trustworthy, helpful, enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly.

Be willing and able to multi-task with accuracy and to follow directions precisely.

Nice appearance and working well with customers is important.

Applicant will need to be proficient with basic computer software such as Excel and some accounting systems.

Have strong written communication skills, phone skills, basic accounting skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Be skilled in organization and time management.

We offer health insurance, paid vacation, and other benefits. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We provide complete on-site paid training. This is a permanent position.
