Revenue Cycle Analyst

Descriptionobert Half Accountemps is partnered with a well known and high reputable healthcare company located in the Irving/Las Colinas area that is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst on a contract to full time basis! This opportunity would be ideal for someone that has been doing consulting work for Medical Revenue Cycle improvements and is looking to settle down in a full time position. This is a client facing and relationship building position that requires someone that will put the client first and work hard on their behalf!The Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Provide analytical support to the Performance Improvement, Operations, and Client Management teams

Perform root cause analysis to determine areas of opportunity for increased efficiency

Be able to interpret complex data sets

Be able to anticipate changes in client performance based on information from the client

Be able to complete projects on time and within budget

Coordinate and distribute client reporting based on the cadence set forth by the client

Make operational or strategic recommendations for process improvements

Make presentations to leadership and project teams on project updates, expected results and findings

2+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management

4 year degree or related experience required

Strong analytical skills

Advanced Excel capabilities to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, writing Macros, etc.

Exceptional communication skills; verbal, written, and interpersonal

Ability to problem solve/critical thinking

EPIC software experience a must!
