SITE SUPERVISOR (AUBURN, NH)

Maine Drilling & Blasting is seeking a Site Supervisor to accurately receive and distribute product at magazine sites while assuring regulatory compliance at the site. This opportunity is based out of our Auburn, NH, location.

Essential Duties:

Coordinate and oversee explosives magazine daily activities

Coordinate ordering activities with Purchase and Supply Manager as minimum quantities are approached or as knowledge of large demand jobs are identified

Receive and confirm incoming material types and quantities and store in appropriate locations

Supervise all labor involved with magazine site product receipt and distribution

Supervise and assist with the distribution and return of explosives and related materials and products

Assure that Drivers' Trip Manifests accurately represent outgoing and incoming delivery quantities

Document incoming and outgoing material flow and perform daily perpetual inventory documentation and maintain drill accessories issued to drills or projects

Assure magazine safety and security

Assure that good magazine and site hygiene standards are maintained

Communicate loading schedule status to Distribution Supervisor as needed

Receive and confirm incoming material types

Supervise all labor involved with magazine site product receipt and distribution

Assist with physically loading and unloading product as needed

Stock and store an appropriate level of drill accessories at the local shop and at various site containers

Physically load and unload product as needed

Attend PSG, Safety, and Training meetings as scheduled

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Three or more years of shipping and receiving and inventory experience.

Ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply ATF & MSHA regulations/regulatory standards.

Knowledge of inventory control procedures desired.

Prior supervisory skills desired.

Good written and oral communications skills.

Good PC skills required.

Must have a CDL license with hazmat or acquire within 120 days of employment.

Must be able to meet ATF "possessor" requirements.

Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs.
