We are looking for an experienced chef to lead our culinary team this upcoming wedding season.
Responsible for all culinary operations involved in wedding and events up to 200 people.
Candidate should be hard working and self motivated.
This is a hands on position. No clipboard holders.
You will work directly with Executive Chef to coordinate events and train staff as needed.
Weekly duties include ordering and receiving provisions mid week & prepping of the menu for service.
Managing and executing the menu day of the event.
Clean new kitchen & Reasonable hours.
