ABOUT US: Bricolage is a modern Vietnamese gastropub located in Park Slope. We focus on perfecting classic Vietnamese dishes while delivering bold flavors, innovative dishes and meticulous execution. We have over combine 25 years experience at the James Beard awarding winning Slanted Door restaurant in San Francisco. Our mission is to share our joy of life through our food, drink, art and hospitality. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, punctual and possess a great attitude to join our team. We are looking for long term, self-motivated, passionate and professional people.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
DINNER LINE COOK: Applicants must at minimum of 3 years professional line cooking experience.
LUNCH LINE COOK: Applicants must at minimum of 3 years professional line cooking experience.
PREP COOK: Applicants must at minimum of 3 years professional line cooking experience
COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage $16+ (depends on position & experience), commuter benefits + paid vacation
