Lonestar Builders is looking for an experienced excavator who can operate efficiently and lead a crew of 4-8. This position also needs someone that can assist a site superintendent schedule other subs on site and coordinate 2-3 projects at any given time.
8+ years experience with excavator, loader, skid steer, compaction, utilities, site grading, reading plans, site and building layout and scheduling inspections. If you do not have extensive experience please do not apply! Must be accurate, safe, drug free, problem solver, efficient and honest.
The perfect applicant can be given a set of plans with little to no direction and can accomplish the project exactly as the plans show. You need to be able to communicate clearly with others. You will be completing small commercial projects that need to be completed in a quick and accurate manor. You will need to complete projects on a fast track schedule and find ways to mitigate weather delays.
