Customer Service & Shipping Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales and Service Associate is accountable for a variety of duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading merchandise, fulfilling product orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential product. Servicing customers through phone and at times in person. Other light office duties and projects.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma, customer service experience, able to lift up to 50 pounds, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with social media, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Able to work independently. Proficiency in the use of: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, Quickbooks and Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

HOURS

This position is part-time with flexible hours appropriate to fulfill job requirements.
