Possible Compensation: $13.95 + $7.87 (H&W)

Floor Technicians $14.20 + 7.87(H&W)

Employment type: full-time & part time

A Federal Contractor is looking for Janitor to perform cleaning at several locations within the Goodfellow Air Force Base.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of janitorial experience and must be able to pass a federal background check, have a clean driving record, a reliable and insured vehicle, a smart phone and open to learning new skills.

Job Duties: (may include but are not limited to)

Restroom Cleaning

Sweeping

Mopping

Vacuuming

Spot Cleaning

Removal of Trash to designated area

Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch areas

Sanitizing surfaces including dispensers

Dusting

Washing windows (without use of a ladder)

Policing

Floor Care Experience a Plus (stripping & finishing, scrubbing & recoating and carpet extraction)

Job Requirements:

Constantly standing and walking

Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.

Constantly vacuum from 5 to 8 hours depending on roles and responsibilities

Constant pushing, pulling, stooping and bending

Driving
