Freelance Web Developer Needed (Charlottesville, Virginia)

Smartec, LLC is looking for a talented freelance web developer in Charlottesville, Virginia. We are looking to hire in a subcontractor capacity to develop a website with unique functionality. More information can be provided if you are interested and possess the following qualifications. Depending upon your success in this project, this may be a stepping stone to hire you for additional projects or in other capacities.

Qualifications:

College Degree (Associates or Bachelor)

Authorized to work in the United States

Possess problem solving skills

Strong communication abilities

Knowledge of IDX and/or RETS real estate transaction system

Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Be able to provide portfolio of previous work upon request

Experience with content management frameworks such as WordPress, Drupal, Django, or others

A bonus:

Animation experience with Blender, Adobe After Effects, or similar
