Disney Springs coolest shop: Sales Associate needed PT/FT (Disney Springs)

Part-time and full-time openings for our Disney Springs hammock shop at Swings N' Things - The Hammock Experts!

Comfortable, fun working environment for outgoing, customer service driven, reliable and competent (ideally with sales experience) sales associates. Looking for enthusiastic, family friendly sales persons, prepared to provide exceptional guest service to all who enter and enjoy our little tropical hammock paradise.

Current Sales Associates start averaging $11.50 - $12.50+/hr.

Sales Experience needed! Must be very comfortable with fluid conversations with guests! Disney experience and living within 20 minutes of Disney Springs a plus!

Responsibilities:

Present, demo and sell hammocks and swings to new and returning customers

Effective management of cash and credit card processing transactions

Manage and maintain the safety of all the guests, recognize security risks and potential thefts

Resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Display, arrange and tidy merchandise and maintain cleanliness of store

Provide exceptional guest service to everyone at all times (be prepared to take that extra step)

Maintain knowledge of products, pricing and company history

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Strong oral/communication skills

Basic math/computer skills for transactions

Ability to always maintain a pleasant demeanor, a smile and provide the very best guest service

Physical ability to easily get into and out of hammocks/swings, and demo the procedure to guests

Occasionally move (only several feet) a swing stand in/out of store and use small ladder for merchandise
