Our aim is to create an inclusive environment where we can attract, retain, develop, and promote the best diverse talent to deliver business results and serve our clients.In particular, this individual will focus on supporting and managing key diversity initiatives globally end-to-end that are designed to increase diversity representation and further our commitment to inclusivity and belonging through retention of top talent. This individual will partner with colleagues across the AWM Talent Institute (Talent Management, Executive & Organizational Development and Analyst and Associate Experience), HR and AWM line of business (LOB) leaders.We are seeking a collaborative and consultative candidate with strong program/project management skills. Additionally, this person will have the ability to suggest innovative yet practical solutions, to influence without authority and be able to face off to stakeholders of all levels. The candidate will need to have a strong sense of urgency, excellent attention to detail, work well under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Working closely with the head of Diversity, the Vice President will drive strategy as well as plan and deliver global Diversity initiatives to support Asset & Wealth Management goals.Responsibilities include:

Drive the AWM Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy by effectively consulting with business leaders to understand strategic business priorities and challenges while tailoring key D&I initiatives and providing thought leadership to achieve business outcomes.

Develop and oversee project plans to ensure execution of key diversity programs and evaluate programs and establish tools to measure success.

Manage the firmwide program for individuals returning to the workforce (ReEntry) by setting and executing the strategy for the end-to-end program experience (training, coaching/support, and placement of fellows) across LOBs and regions.

Provide strategic guidance, oversight and support for AWM affinity networks and other AWM diversity committees/councils to ensure engagement and development of networks (and members) in alignment with AWM business needs.

Manage, analyze, track and review diversity data with a focus on representation and identifying trends; prepare and manage status reports for AWM leadership for key programs (i.e., ReEntry) and support diversity data requests from the business on behalf of external clients.

Collaborate with the HR Business Partners/Advisors, Recruiting partners, AWM Talent Institute and other firmwide talent and diversity partners to leverage best practices.

Responsible for overseeing program nominations for internal and external programs and/or conferences.

Deliver cross-cultural, diversity and inclusion presentations, workshops, facilitated dialogues and other learning modules as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years of relevant experience within Human Resources field in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Cultural fluency across various dimensions of diversity including but not limited to: race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, and religion.

Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to assess situations using both qualitative and quantitative factors; meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrated project management capabilities as well as the ability to coordinate multiple programs/activities across a variety of stakeholders to deliver results with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, particularly at the executive level.

Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking to large and small groups, virtually and in-person.

Exercises good judgment and makes sound business decisions independently; demonstrates ownership for deliverables and remains flexible in fast paced environment with competing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:

Excel - proficiency with formulas (vlookup), pivot tables, filters, charts etc.

Word - proficiency with mail merge, formatting and templates

PowerPoint - proficiency creating and editing presentations with graphics, tables, and charts
