delivery process, including contracting management, within the ContraXX

system.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Daily responsibility for the maintenance of the ContraXXsystem within the URL and Desktop Client.

Reporting and documentation of initiatives and processes, utilizingthe ContraXX system.

Responsible for assistance in training and supportingContraXX end users through effective communication verbally and through an onlineIssue Log within the ContraXX system.

Ensures that the health care management's strategicinitiatives are communicated to the accounts and they meet the account's needsin terms of access, cost, quality, network performance, and service.

Ensures that specific divisional targets for cost of care andprovider satisfaction within the scope of the assigned program are achieved.

May serve as a lead on department projects, working closelywith vendor relationships, initiative leads, and legal partners.

Will work closely with the Contract Administration Team (CAT)to maintain the ContraXX system.

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5+ years of healthcare experience inProvider Relations, Contracting, or other area of Health Care Management; orany combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalentbackground.

Strong Excel skills are necessary for this position.

Excellent attention to detail is required for this positionas well as ability to change priorities/tasks quickly.

Ability to work on weekend and night schedules, based on businessneeds for production releases, and monitoring of the mailbox and Issue Log.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while quicklyadapting to changing priorities is necessary.

Strong attention to detail and interpersonalcommunication skills are essential.
