Steven Scott Management, a fast-paced, dynamic property management firm, has an opening for an Analytics and Administrative Assistant. The Analytics/Administrative Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties including confidential administrative duties to support the President / CEO. We are seeking a well-organized, detailed, dynamic, critical thinking, and outcome-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our team. This position works closely with a Financial Analyst to track and complete various financial projects and will perform routine administrative and logistical projects for the President / CEO. Duties include but are not limited to:

Work on excel spreadsheet projects with the Financial Analyst.

Able to efficiently work through the financing due diligence task lists with the Financial Analyst.

Update tax protest spreadsheets and send out correspondence regarding tax protests to clients.

Assist in managing the new Management Contracts/Lease-Up Agreement process

Administrate quarterly partner letters and manage corresponding spreadsheet.

Proactively anticipates needs and solves challenges before they become problems.

Manages calendar on a daily and weekly basis.

Plans and organizes travel with detailed itinerary, preparations, etc.

Represents the company in a professional manner when dealing with vendors and clients.

Effectively manages the details of highly confidential and critical projects to the company.

Performs complex administrative / analytical projects requiring accounting / financial acuity.

Performs routine administrative and logistical duties like answering calls and correspondence, filing, copying, faxing, etc.

Researches and executes assorted, large projects from ideation to completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel

Ability to switch tasks and adapt to changing situations and interruptions throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience handling confidential documents and using discretion when appropriate.

Ability to work independently and work with various departments throughout the company.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills; accounting/financial acuity preferred.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant work experience.
