What You Will Need:

▹ Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues

▹ Supporting roles in the processing of beef

▹ General use of a knife or other tools

▹ Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product

▹ Ensuring food safety and quality

▹ Cleanliness and housekeeping while maintaining a safe working environment

▹ Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment; standing the entire shift, the use of stairs, and the use of PPE which is required in all areas of the facility

What Will Put You Ahead:
