You will be responsible for developing new market regions, developing business relationships with clients and expanding our client base.The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Sales organization as the clinical subject medical expert, with the priority to help win the clinical vote during sales situations. The role focuses primarily on sales and pre - sales activities by providing details and comprehensive clinical support including, in-depth demonstrations of all components of the patient and provider facing remote care solutions, as well as consulting and recommendations related to clinical workflows and processes affected by Vivify Health solutions. The Clinical Sales Specialists is also one of a cross-functional nature and as such, is expected to collaborate and communicate with other departments within the company. As the bridge between pre and post - sales processes, the Clinical Sales Specialist plays an important role in representing the perspective of clients, Sales colleagues and other key stakeholders. This role reports to the Clinical Sales Specialist Director, and as directed, the role will be focused on, but not exclusively limited to, the activities outlined below.Primary Responsibilities:

Participates in presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects of our products after thorough discovery incorporating value statements and benefits to Physicians, Administrators, Clinical Staff and C - Level Executives

Provide staffing and participation in product areas for tradeshows and product fairs

Strategize with the Sales Team on a strategy to win

Provide training to Sales Team both initial and on - going to include product feature, presentation skills, workflow and demonstrations

Assists Sales Team to obtain the skills needed to demonstrate solution independently at a high level

Provide consulting services to prospective customers at sales executive request that would include organizing, interviewing, preparing, and presenting a clinical, workflow and operational recommendations

Act as subject matter expert in clinical workflows and operation questions as they arise during the sales process

Maintains industry knowledge and issues relating to changes in healthcare and technology

Participates in trade shows to promote the company’s product lines

Collect, prioritize and deliver to product management, customer enhancements and issues lists from data collected during pre - sales and sales activities

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active license

3+ years clinical experience in a clinical setting

3+ years of experience in clinical software sales positions

Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

Possesses basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

Excellent communication and presentation skills
