Maintenance Tech/ Full time (Santa Fe)

13-Acre Casita-style condominium property looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team. Desired applicant will be an energetic self-starter who will take ownership of projects, be proactive, perform proper follow-up and require minimal supervision. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and General Manager and interacts with all other departments. Applicants must be available to work weekends and be flexible with days/hours. This position requires a team-player attitude and applicant must be able deliver excellent customer service to our guests and owners while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Benefits available after probationary period. We are a non-smoking property, smokers need not apply.

Technician skills

Plumbing knowledge a plus

Experience with HVAC a plus

Landscaping knowledge a plus

Experience with Pool/Spa a plus

High school diploma/GED required

Valid drivers license & social security card required

Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

Good written and oral communication skills necessary

Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures

Spanish speaking a plus.
