Job Title: Customer Care Support Agent
Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager, serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems of both a functional and a technical perspective.
The position also carries responsibility for assisting in the development and distribution of customer training tools.
Essential Responsibilities:
Helps win, retain and grow customers by answering product and service questions via phone and support ticket system
Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM tools
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issue; determining the cause; selecting the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
Exceptional at listening, comforting and resolving conflict
Computer skills as well as familiarity of mobile apps and mobile phones
College level courses and/or equivalent business experience
Minimum 2 years in a call center or customer service environment over the phone
