We are currently seeking a skilled Office Assistant who is reliable and responsible who can perform the following duties:

Answer phones and greet customers.

Take Payments and post them accurately to customers account.

Assist in filing/scanning/fax duties.

Verifying that all transactions are entered accurately.

Enter data, and create reports as required.

Requirements:

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Microsoft Word and Excel Experience.

Data Entry Skills.

AT LEAST 1 year of recent relevant experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.

Pay rate: $11.00/hr to start, reviewed after 90 day probation period with possible increase.
