Administrative Position- Real Estate
This position consists of many different responsibilities. The duties entail of being the main receptionist, marketing coordinator, listing coordinator, assisting agents, and other miscellaneous tasks that may occur. Being able to multi-task is a MUST!
Front Desk Receptionist
Marketing Experience a Plus
Prior Real Estate experience a MUST
Must have Minimum 2 years Office experience. Clerical Duties, Data entry, etc.
Experience & Proficient with using Internet, email, Data entry, MS Office (Word-excel)
Adobe Acrobat (scanning & PDF file conversions)
Good verbal & Written communication skills
Must have dependable transportation.
Real Estate License is NOT required- But MAJOR plus
Spanish Speaking is a HUGE Plus
Work Duties will include the following:
Answering a high volume of phone calls per day
Day to day marketing for listings
Assisting Agents with tasks
Part time position about 35 hours/week
