Oahu Building Maintenance is seeking a Full-Time Financial Administrator to work Monday thru Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide monthly financial reports of the company on a timely basis
Reconcile and maintain balance sheets
Review, fund, and file periodic tax returns
Payroll, A/R & A/P
Work in coordination with outside CPA to ensure accurate and timely completion of year-end financial documents, annual reports, and tax returns
Administrative duties such as maintenance of employee files, insurance, license and bonding
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Suite
Able to work independently
Exhibits high degree of professionalism when interacting with internal and external customer/clients.
Strong analytical thinking skills and a dedicated work ethic
Detail oriented.
