We are currently hiring a friendly, engaging individual to work full-time as a Floating Teller with a home base in Winona, MN. This individual will travel to different Altra locations in Southeast Minnesota (La Crescent, Winona, and Rochester) on an as-needed bases to assist those offices where and when assistance is needed. The ideal candidate will assist members with a variety of financial transactions, answer member questions, and promote Altra's full range of financial products & services.

This position will be 40 hours per week and will require flexibility within the posted office hours for our Minnesota offices; hours will be scheduled between 7:15 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are not required for Floating Tellers, but are available if wanted.

The ideal candidate will have the equivalent of a high school diploma or GED required. A minimum one (1) month to one (1) year of Teller, retail and/or customer service experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Floating Tellers receive a pay differential and mileage reimbursement.
