Pure Dental Brands Marketing Coordinator – Austin, TX area

Pure Dental Brands is seeking a Marketing Coordinator that has a background in graphic design, relationship management platforms and social media. This position is part of the Marketing department that supports our two Austin and one Marble Falls locations. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with our management team to ensure all projects have adequate resources and meets the necessary deadlines. The successful candidate for this role will display strong graphic design skills, attention to detail, creative mindset and social media systems. This position is located in Austin, TX, with no remote options.

Responsibilities:

Complete accuracy checks of all marketing materials

Provide marketing systems management (reputation management, online fulfillment center, user accounts, social media management content creation, etc.)

Provide reporting of marketing efforts through various systems

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

1- 3 years’ experience

Understanding and Experience in the Following areas is preferred:

Creative Abilities- Demonstrated history of design elements used for digital, promotional, social and print. Adobe suite and Canva experience is a plus.

Word Press - Website management experience in updating site information (hours, location, descriptions), uploading images, formatting blogs, editing content. Ability to make changes quickly. Management of multiple pages a bonus.

Social Media- Experience in managing multiple business pages (10 or more) on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Experience and ability to develop comprehensive annual content calendars for multiple networks. Must be able to blend creativity, strategy and technology.

Knowledge and experience with Facebook/Instagram paid ad campaigns on a local or national level. Knowledge on how to read, interpret and apply changes on strategy based on metrics. Ability to pull and report on metrics. Understanding of up-to-date trends in social media and ability to adapt and learn as processes change. Hootsuite experience a plus. Reputation Management- Experience in and understanding of the process and best practice for responding to positive and negative reviews and building brand reputation where needed. Ability to communicate with offices and operations team to resolve any discrepancies that arise
