Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an outgoing, professional, go-getter to join our team as the Marketing Assistant. Your role will require you to update all company marketing materials and presentations, and work on a number of growing Marketing tasks.

DUTIES:

Work with Owners and Office Manager on marketing strategy for our firm.

Update Marketing Proposals, Company Brochures, and all marketing materials.

Update and manage social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Issue monthly newsletters

Make marketing calls, set appointments.

Organize and host presentations and customer visits.

Attend In-person business networking events/meetings.

Help organize marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and tradeshows.

Visit existing and potential Customers in person.

Assist with special Marketing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ Years’ Experience, in Marketing/Sales.

You must be 21 years of age or over.

Ability to travel to trade shows Nationwide. (Preferred)

Professional demeanor and appearance are required.

Must be available occasional evenings and weekends for events.
