TRAIN W OUR MACHINIST: Manual Machinist (NO CNC) Needed Immediately (St. Thomas)

Position needs to be filled immediately- you will test/train with our current machinist. If you are not willing or able to relocate immediately- please do not apply!

In search of a job shop machinist to work in a fast paced marine repair environment. Individual must be experienced with full service manual machining, working with lathes, milling, fabricating bearings, and threading. Must be able to perform tapers on shafts. Our shop is all manual; we do NOT do CNC machining. Please do not apply if you do not have manual expertise. Individual must be organized, pay attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and must be willing to relocate to St. Thomas, USVI as soon as possible. Salary is commensurate on skill level and experience. Competitive benefits: position is full-time hourly- position will require working Saturday's overtime, with health insurance benefits.
