GUTTER CLEANING & REPAIRMAN $750 BASE + COMMISSION (Houston)

Who we are:

-Berger Home Services is an award winning home improvement company that's located on the North side of Houston but services the entire Houston metro area. We currently clean, repair and install gutters and guards on residential and commercial buildings. Our hours of operation are M-F, 9-5.

What we're looking for:

-LADDER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-Someone who can clean and repair gutters and small roofing jobs.

-Deliver material to job sites and run various errands.

-Excellent communication skills (ALWAYS answers or returns phone calls)

-Has a nice well maintained TRUCK.

-Very reliable

-Must be in good physical shape. (you will be climbing up and down ladders all day. This is very hard!)

What we're offering:

-Base salary of $150.00 per day plus commission for each completed job.

-Paid training

-Weekends off

-Holidays off with pay after 30 day probationary period.

Additional info:

-This is a 1099 at-will contract employment position.

-Our average Repairman takes home over $50,000.00 per year.
