We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Housekeeping Manager to oversee part of our evening operational business while providing Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Growth, Profit and Risk Management. The Commercial Building Housekeeping Manager is responsible for staffing, training, and effectiveness of each Janitorial Controller to assure that the company purpose is achieved on a nightly basis.

The Commercial Building Housekeeping Manager is energetic and is responsible for planning and coordinating work budgets, trains and motivates employees, monitors and evaluates performance of janitorial staff. Ensures their ability to safely operate equipment, proper use of cleaning solutions and maintain cleaning standards of building. Counsels and documents job performance and procedure. Develops janitorial staff in route to maintain the daily routine and cleanliness of their assigned buildings. Maintains security and confidentiality of assigned buildings managing keys and security alarm codes.The qualified candidate will benefit with experience on all types of floors, carpet care, and window cleaning.

This position directly reports to the Area Manager, and Operations Manager.

Flexible schedule (Weekends may be required)

Our position makes for excellent flexible part-time or full-time positions. While the job is not strenuous, you will have to move consistently for up to eight hours. It does involve up to 8 hours of walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds. The job may include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of restrooms.

Job type: Part-time/Full-time

Salary: $12.00- $16.00

Typical hours are between 4:00pm and midnight. Hours may vary and change as needed, with as much

advance notice

given. Requires availability to work on weekends
