We are Elevated Design Build: a growing residential contractor specializing in timber framing and highly-crafted, energy-efficient homes. We are seeking a qualified part-time Bookkeeper to help keep our business running smoothly. We would love to find a career-oriented individual with the opportunity to move into more of a full-time role in our Business Administration Department.

Qualified applicants must have a good working knowledge of Quickbooks (online) and be team-oriented. Experience with construction a plus. Anticipate 10-20 hrs/week initially

Responsibilities include:

- Weekly bookkeeping: A/R + A/P, account reconciliation, payroll

- Generating quarterly financial reports

- Working with our accountant for taxes and other finance-related matters

Other Business Administration opportunities:

- Coordinating marketing efforts: event planning, printing, and social media

- Coordinating with Insurance broker

- HR: safety programs and benefits planning

Training will start ASAP
