Bike and Ski Service Manager - Health and Paid Leave (Edwards)

Kind Bikes and Skis in Edwards, CO is now hiring for a full-time, year-round Service Manager.

Kind Bikes and Skis, since 1992, is a full-service, year-round, bike shop that adds ski sales, rental and tuning during the winter months. Our shop is located in the vibrant Riverwalk living and shopping village in Edwards, CO, just a couple miles from Beaver Creek and about 12 miles from Vail ski resort, with great road and mountain biking trails right out the door of the store, and Beaver Creek’s Arrowhead base area and chairlift just a mile down the road. We are a family of cyclists and skiers, with different cycling and skiing backgrounds and interests, and we love to share our passion through providing an unsurpassed experience for our customers.

Kind Bikes and Skis is seeking applicants for the Service Manager position. The Service Manager is responsible for every aspect of the Service Department operations, growing Service Department profit, and growing the productivity of the technicians and the quality of the repairs. The Service Manager also contributes to the overall success of the company by participating in all aspects of the business.
