Residential Support Specialist

Available shifts:Sat .and.amp; Sun 8:00am-5:00pm Monday 3:00-12:00amTues .and.amp; Wed 11:30pm-8:30am / Overnight Shift available as well.Responsible for working with Dorm Life team to provide students on respective dormitory with a safe, clean and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Provides individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program. Works in partnership with Dorm Life, Recreation and Safety and Security staff to effectively supervise and manage the student population.QUALIFICATIONS .and.amp; EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience required.
