Looking to Hire and Train a Club Manager to join our already great team.

Manager in Training (30-60 days)-$400-$500 base pay, dependent on experience (40 hrs).

Once graduated to Club Manager, earning potential can increase to $40k-$60k+

Purpose and Scope:

To lead a profitable club with honesty and integrity, upholding the mission statement and Guiding Principles of FITLAB Fitness Club; to exceed all personal and club sales quotas; to inspect what is expected; and to create WOW moments for members, guests, and other team members.

Oversee and role model proper execution of daily appointments.

Train and coach staff with daily meetings, performance contracts, praising and reprimanding where needed, anticipating and addressing problems in a timely manner

Inspect the Guest Register, Appointment Book, Future Appointment Book, Lead Box Book, and telephone Inquiry Book daily, and keep the Manager Production Book updated in your office at all times.
