Full time/AP/AR Bookkeeper

We are an HVAC/R Air conditioning System company looking for an energetic, reliable, responsible candidate

Requirements:

- Must have Verifiable experience in Bookkeeping/Office manager Positions.

- Successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word and must be proficient in all aspects of Quick Books.

- Must be self-motivated and organized individual to take over General Accounting.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with superior telephone manner.

- Must be attentive to detail, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction.

- General office duties include answering calls, accurate messaging, communication skills and dispatching service techs. experience with new mexico 941 and CRS filing a plus.

-Provide general administrative/office support.

Eligible for full company benefits.

Full Time (40 hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM)
