Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will focus on collaborating cross-functionally with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and other members of the Product team to lead successful launches of new products and improvements, and manage the cross-functional product roll-out process. Phone2Action is constantly looking to innovate, evolve, and improve our products. You will be one of our principal product evangelists, helping to drive go-to-market plans and execution for new launches and be a key advocate for a specific product or feature-set and the associated benefits. We are seeking an experienced SaaS product marketing manager who’s comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and great responsibility.

  • Smart, passionate, product obsessed, you enjoy getting things done and using data and market research to develop go-to-market strategies and successful positioning and messaging.
  • A great communicator with superior presentation development skills (writing and presentation samples will be requested).
  • An experienced and highly organized project manager.
  • Comfortable with complex but unstructured problems, a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead launches of new products and releases of new features, manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, and keep stakeholders updated throughout the process in a timely manner.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—stay up to date on who they are and how they position and get the sales team the information they need to win.
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on buyers, who are they, how they buy and their buying criteria.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product roadmap and lead all related internal and external communications around new launches or feature updates
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Own customer facing product release communications, product-focused webinars, and manage other customer-facing communications, such as user advisory council and beta-testing program announcements.
  • Contribute to the production of collateral including presentations, data sheets, white papers and internal sales tools to support our demand generation, market awareness, and sales efforts.
  • Lead product training and sales enablement sessions on key features and their talking points.
  • Create, maintain, and drive usage and improvement of an internal library of resources with materials and information about our product suite.

Qualifications:Minimum requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience in B2B/SaaS marketing, product, or project management.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Great track record of working with product, marketing, and sales teams: people should want to work with you again.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Marketing Content and Brand Manager will build brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content. This involves developing content vision aligned with Phone2Action’s brand, tone and voice, managing Phone2Action’s brand, growing an online community and library of content, as well as tracking its impact and growth. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. This role requires an editorial mindset: you create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion. You will also establish and maintain consistency of brand across all channels working closely across the organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop content calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage content across all platforms, including website, email and social media
  • Writing, editing and proofreading content
  • Managing a content team consisting of internal and external writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc
  • Own the Phone2Acton’s brand and develop assets for use across the entire organization (internally and externally)
  • Develop social media strategy and best practices to build a strong following
  • Work with the VP of Marketing and Marketing Ops team to track content engagement levels
  • Establish and maintain external relationships including thought leaders, key customers and agencies
  • Maintain expert knowledge of competitive landscape and news

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related
  • 5+ years’ experience managing content programs and corporate brands, with a strong project management background
  • Previous experience working in government affairs or public affairs space is helpful, and experience working with digital advocacy and civic technology is a plus
  • SEO understanding, content categorization and structure
  • Knowledge of marketing, editorial, social media and design tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic, highly energetic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
