Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that will directly impact the bottom line and contribute in delivering the company’s business objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Generation:

  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to plan and executive effective marketing campaigns aligned with the ABM strategy for three core business verticals: Corporate, NonProfit and Association markets
  • Grow new lead generation and customer upsell through an integrated/multichannel marketing approach: email, retargeting & display ads, website, landing pages, direct mail and events
  • Create a robust marketing pipeline focusing on the development of qualified leads; partner with Marketing Operations to track and measure campaign performance in Salesforce

Content Marketing:

  • Work closely with the Content team to help drive the creation of effective marketing assets and offers by providing valuable data-centric insights, content ideas and outlines
  • Work with the Customer Success organization to help elevate customer success stories and case studies
  • Be an effective storyteller vs copywriter, engaging the right audience with the right message

Sales Enablement:

  • Run effective marketing campaigns with appropriate collateral that address all stages of the buyer's journey, including pipeline acceleration
  • Responsible for ensuring that responses/MQLs are tracked and delivered to Sales efficiently for follow up. This includes any sales follow up messaging to help convert MQLs to pipeline, including sales email copy and call scripts
  • Manage lead/account scoring and qualification process for all marketing-generated activity

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing and tracking B2B demand generation programs that produce high quality opportunities and create exponential revenue
  • Experience and proficiency with Marketing Automation, CRM, ABM and Sales Engagement platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Terminus and Salesloft
  • Strong understanding of the entire email marketing journey at a strategic and technical level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic, highly energetic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • BONUS: Previous experience working in digital advocacy/civic technology or general advocacy, campaigns, government or public affairs space
