Beach & Umbrella Attendant (Galveston)

Spend your workdays at the beach. East Beach Cantina & Umbrella Rentals are hiring multiple beach attendants to start immediately. You’ll be working on East Beach, setting out chairs and umbrellas for customers.

Ideal Candidates:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly candidates who want to work in a fun environment out at East Beach. This position is for candidates who have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Umbrella/Beach Attendant

$10 plus tips with opportunities for performance-based raises

· Setting up & taking down umbrellas and chairs

· Greet beachgoers

· Keep up with rentals

· Taking food and drink orders

· Sell beach accessories & necessities

· Be an ambassador for Galveston and East Beach

Open & close the beach

Requirements

16 years or older

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Able to work weekends, holidays, and special events unless approved by Manager

Must be dependable and punctual

Prior beach experience is a plus

Pay starts at $10/hr plus tips with opportunities for performance-based raises.
