Our company is looking to hire an experience Lead Maintenance & Assistant Maintenance for our property in San Antonio, TX
This position will require you to communicate with our property manager and supervise all aspects related to work orders, make ready's, and other important property matters.
You must have a valid Driver's license, Pool Certification and HVAC certification.
Keep our onsite manager updated with concerns or parts that need to be ordered.
Regularly inspect the property and notifying the Manager of any issues.
Effectively communicate with residents and vendors as well as completing work orders in a timely fashion.
Ensuring all staff and residents are safe from any hazardous problems.
Must be able to lift over 75 pounds and stand for a long period of time.
Perform jobs from plumbing, electric, heating, cooling and fixtures
