Guam Surveyor, LLC is seeking eager and motivated applicants for the Admin Assistant/Office Clerk role. This is a full-time 730 to 1630 or 800 to 1700 job Monday to Friday.

Position Responsibilities

Handle administrative requests and queries

Organizing and scheduling appointments

Answer and direct phone calls and take messages

Compose emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Organizing files and maintain a filing system

Maintain office records in database

Scan, print, and file copies of maps

Greet and work with walk-in customers

Send proposals, invoices for collections, and work products as requested

Maintain office including light cleaning duties

Qualifications & Requirements

Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copy machines

Experience with Microsoft software: Word, Excel, Outlook

Ability to manage time effectively and meet due dates

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Ability to drive a car and have a valid driver’s license

Beneficial

Knowledge of inventory control

Experience with land matters including titles, real estate sales, and research at Dept. of Land Management

Strong customer service skills

Strong typing skills
